The second transnational steering committee of the SKY project took place in Bologna on October 6th and 7th. The partnership was hosted by the Metropolis of Bologna and Insieme per il lavoro. This is a project for the integration into the world of work of people who wish to be accompanied in their search for employment.
This meeting allowed the Italian partner of the project to present the report of best practices. As a reminder, each partner had to identify between 3 and 4 best practices. At the end of this collection, 21 best practices were selected.
The steering committee also presented the methodology for the identification of professional gestures and attitudes and the production of micro-trainings, which will have to be adapted by the partners to the realities of their field in view of the next stage of the project, which is the validation of the micro-trainings and the testing phase.
