These thematic TWGs will bring together, for example, social enterprises, local public authorities, LTUs and trade unions, who will be asked to identify the trades that will enable micro-training to be set up.
During the TWGs (to be held 4 times during the first 15 months of the project), identify 3 trades in the following areas: Green jobs, local employment and 1 job of your choice, and for each job 2 professional skills.

Invitation GTT projet SKY 20 juin 2022

Agenda:

– Presentation of the SKY project ;
– Definition of micro-training within the framework of the project;
– Assessment of the competences of each LTUs before and after the micro-training in order to identify the gestures and competences acquired by the LTEs;
– Presentation and selection of 3 to 4 good practices on the territory favouring the social and professional integration of long-term unemployed (LTUs); Grid for the collection of practices;
– Development of a pilot experience (micro-training and validation of skills) for the professions of home help, professions affected by the digital transition, professions linked to the management of waste and resources, HoReCa;
– Identification of the territory’s needs in terms of unmet services that could be the subject of micro-training for the LTU
