SKY project
👉 A look back at the fourth and fifth micro-training experiments.
We had the pleasure of implementing two micro-training courses from the SKY project on 19 and 20 October 2023.
- Zero waste – sorting textiles in a recycling centre
- Zero waste – recovery of textiles in a recycling centre
These two micro-training courses were the fruit of a great deal of work (assessment of company needs – observation of professional gestures – creation of a reference framework – design of the micro-training courses and tests with 6 LTUs (5 participants from the PLIE and 1 participant from the ACI Cousu main).
This educational engineering work and the implementation of these micro-training courses would not have been possible without the support of our partners ARS95 Martin Carole; Yasmine; Philippe-Didier GAUTHIER, PhD director of the employment company Cesil #TZCLD; ASSOCIATION DE GESTION DES FONDS EUROPEENS William Ameri.
Many thanks to the 6 CLD jobseekers who took part in this fourth and fifth experiment. They all obtained their micro-certifications after 2*7 hours of multimodal training.
These five local experiments will be presented shortly at the next Transnational Steering Committee meeting in Monceau-Sur-Sambre (Charleroi) on 23/11/23.
A reminder: the PLIE of Cergy-Pontoise, through the ASSOCIATION DE GESTION DES FONDS EUROPEENS, is involved alongside Belgium, Poland, Italy and Spain in an innovative European project: “SKY” within the framework of Erasmus+.
The ultimate aim of this experimental, transnational project is a new certification system based on micro-training courses for the long-term unemployed.
I would also like to thank all the local partners involved in the SKY project, in particular the PLIE de Roissy Pays de France, Cellule Europe Roissy Pays de France Hélène PIGNE; laurienne BOSSOU ASSIST’FAMILLE FORMATION; GEIQ Aide à Domicile 95; Pascal Kampor; and our European partners; Jean-Paul Tricart ; ERIC Degimbe ; Andrée DEBRULLE CEC Comité Européen de Coordination ; Rita Festi (Scuola Centrale Formazione) ; CASANDRA CRISTEA Scuola Centrale Formazione, Italy); Fiona D’Antonio (MIREC asbl, Belgium), Emelyne Deschamps, Belgium) ; @ELIZABETH D.
